If you end up deciding to try our services, let us know! We will send you an e-document package that has a liabilty agreement and our service terms.
You choose the type of schedule you want and how often you want us to come. Our customer service team will create a detailed customer profile for you.
At your first appointment (first appointments are always free!) your Care Pro will introduce themselves and collect any other pertinent information.

Call us, we pick up. E-mail us, we respond the same day. Text us, we'll reply within minutes (if not seconds!). We pride ourselves on industry leading customer service:

We have the right people in the roles. We're sure this will be obvious once you start interacting with our support team.
Our team isn't afraid of admitting when they make a mistake. In fact, we do make mistakes (probably each day!). But we work hard to make it right when we do.
Our customer support team is available 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed stat holidays.
